When is The Lemont Farmers Market?

Where is The Lemont Farmers Market?

It’s in The Village Green which is the tree-lined park space behind Pollyanna Social and Aster Gardens. There is also yoga at The Village Green on Saturday mornings.

What if it rains or gets cancelled for any reason?

For now, the best we can do is post to social media plus send out a quick email to our newsletter list. An SMS system is in the works for the near future.

Where can I park?

You can check out this handy parking guide for Lemont. Do not park in the apartments’ lot next to Aster Gardens.

Are the vendors cash only?

That’s up to each vendor! It wouldn’t hurt to bring some cash.

Is there live music?

Yes, but not as often as last year. We will have a band every few weeks but there will still be music and perhaps even karaoke!

Can I bring my dog?

Registered service dogs are always welcome, for others, please look at the LFM as a grocery store plus food court experience and no one needs a dog pooping in the middle of that. There are also a TON of little kids running around and we want to keep everyone safe.

Are there bathrooms?

Feel free to use the bathrooms at Aster Gardens, the entrance is through the courtyard. There is a changing table inside.

Anything else I should know before I go?

I’m so glad you asked!

• There is no smoking at the LFM

• Please clean up after yourself if you sit at a picnic table

• Kids need to keep their hands out of the bubble machine

• Remember that seasonal produce means that you can’t get tomatoes in June, asparagus in October or peas in August, everything has its season.

• Don’t forget your tote bag!
